What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Merchandiser in managing departmental strategies and achieving financial goals
- Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports
- Manage daily merchandising tasks including maintaining assortment sheets and updating receipts
- Conduct competitive research on pricing, styles, and messaging
- Collaborate with Planning and Sourcing to execute promotional strategies and ensure timely delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in Merchandising or relevant internships
- Working knowledge of retail financial measurements
- Strong self-management and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting in a retail environment
