What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Nurse Manager in daily unit operations, staff supervision, and leadership coverage
- Ensure high-quality, patient- and family-centered care through daily rounding and service recovery
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance initiatives by monitoring policies and patient safety alerts
- Facilitate efficient patient flow by coordinating bed placement and managing discharges and transfers
- Foster staff engagement and professional development through coaching and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or non-nursing bachelor's degree with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN); ADN candidates must commit to completing their BSN or MSN within three years
- Unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Charge RN experience desired
- Experience assisting in projects across multidisciplinary teams preferred
