      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Project Manager in managing projects from start to finish, including on-site work
      - Review plans and specifications to determine project scope and maintain schedules
      - Monitor project performance and communicate daily job progress to the Project Manager
      - Calculate material quantities and prepare accurate bids using industry-specific software
      - Build and maintain strong working relationships with current and potential clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management and estimating
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
      - Proficiency in mathematical concepts relevant to the construction industry
      - Familiarity with Bidding and Project Management software, as well as Microsoft Office suite
      - Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista and HCSS construction software
