What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging online instruction and mentoring to learners, ensuring high-quality educational experiences
- Guide doctoral candidates through the dissertation and capstone processes, fostering timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance curriculum and course materials
- Participate actively in school and university governance, contributing to committees and leadership roles
- Engage in professional service and community outreach to promote the institution's mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in a related field required
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in higher education, specifically in an online setting
- Proven experience in writing curriculum and developing course content
- Strong commitment to learner success and quality teaching outcomes
- Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and support diversity within the academic community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national or local level
- Familiarity with scholarly writing and the APA 7th edition
- Membership in educational leadership organizations at various levels
- Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in educational leadership
