What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with technicians regarding all requested service quotes
- Coordinate with PM contract customers for timely completion of planned maintenance
- Organize and prioritize customer service work for efficient completion
- Present quotes directly to customers and update branch manager on job progress
- Maintain open communication with customers and internal teams to service customer needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of previous dispatch experience
- Knowledge of industrial equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the material handling industry
- Familiarity with service dispatch software or tools
- Additional certifications related to service management
