      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing store team members
      - Perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
      - Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers and team members
      - Direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly team members when the Store Manager is not present
      - Ensure that the sales floor is sales effective daily and assist in managing freight flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prefer prior retail and management experience
      - Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills
      - Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and meet the demands of frequent physical activity
      - Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
      - Must be available for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a retail management position
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
      - Familiarity with store operations and merchandising strategies
