What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with day-to-day store operations and customer service
- Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor
- Perform opening and closing procedures as necessary
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
- Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives required
- Store management experience in a retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet physical demands of the job
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, team environment

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
