What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the store to drive sales, services, and customer engagement
- Establish strong customer relationships to build loyalty and meet customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
- Proven experience in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner
- Capacity to work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
