What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a sales team focused on selling digital media products to assigned accounts
- Manage daily activities, pipelines, and forecasts to achieve sales targets
- Create and enhance repeatable sales processes to drive revenue growth
- Provide guidance to sales representatives in closing complex transactions
- Develop a positive and performance-driven team culture and report on growth metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years leading a team in the Mid Market segment
- Proven experience in media sales, including digital, mobile, video, and print
- Strong understanding of digital media/video monetization products and audience data
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

- History of consistently exceeding individual sales quotas
- Experience with consultative sales and client success processes
- Insight into industry trends and revenue drivers
