  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide high-quality service to clients, acting as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts
  - Address coverage issues, conduct contract and exposure analysis, and manage endorsement activities
  - Inform producers on strategic account issues and assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes
  - Monitor and review client satisfaction quarterly, reporting findings to the producer
  - Cross-sell and refer new business leads while maintaining accurate records in agency EPIC files
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  - Current California Department of Insurance License
  - 3-7 years of experience in personal insurance
  - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  - Ability to provide timely and accurate communication to clients
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in designing insurance plans and out-of-the-box solutions for clients
  - Familiarity with carrier websites and billing procedures
  - Ability to attend face-to-face meetings and deliver presentations to clients
  - Knowledge of various insurance coverages, including higher limits, earthquake, flood, and identity theft coverage
  - Experience in managing Accounts Receivables for insurance accounts
