      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service to customers and manage relationships with clients
      - Address coverage issues, conduct contract and exposure analysis, and handle endorsement activities
      - Communicate consistently and effectively with clients to resolve inquiries and issues
      - Quote new business and renewal options, including various coverage types and limits
      - Maintain accurate documentation and manage Accounts Receivables for assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
      - Current California Department of Insurance License
      - 3-7 years of experience in personal insurance
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Ability to use office machinery and sit for extended periods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cross-selling and client relationship management
      - Familiarity with insurance coverage options and claims processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively for client solutions
