      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote cancer screening colorectal cancer (CRC) liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
      - Meet or exceed sales goals and manage promotional budgets in alignment with national sales strategy
      - Develop and implement business plans to support product launch and market expansion
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Analyze competitive landscape and provide strategic feedback to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
      - Background in product launch planning and execution
      - Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
      - High-touch customer service skills
