      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote colorectal cancer liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
      - Meet or exceed sales goals and manage promotional budgets in alignment with national sales strategy
      - Develop and implement a business plan to support product launch
      - Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve company objectives
      - Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership to enhance strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
      - Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in territory
      - Product launch planning and execution experience
      - High-touch customer service skills
      - Understanding of the dynamics involved with organizational growth and change
