What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD to screen patients for colorectal cancer and other cancers
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maximizing promotional budgets in line with national sales strategy
- Develop and implement a business plan aligned with brand strategy to support product launch
- Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve company goals
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance and closing abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care healthcare providers
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
- High-touch customer service skills
