What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and manage promotional budgets in alignment with company standards
- Develop and implement a business plan to support product launch
- Identify strategic business opportunities and partnerships with laboratories and healthcare providers
- Analyze market trends and provide customer feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
- High-touch customer service skills
