      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct prospecting activities within assigned accounts, including cold calling and relationship building
      - Identify and qualify sales opportunities by aligning solutions with prospect initiatives
      - Demonstrate and present HealthStream solutions to key stakeholders
      - Lead proposal teams and negotiate contract terms to close business
      - Manage territory planning and pipeline in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area (BA or BS)
      - 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in competitive environments, preferably in healthcare
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing relationships with consultants and healthcare executives in the region
      - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
      - Strong leadership qualities and teamwork skills
      - Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different formats
