      Nasdaq is seeking an energetic individual for an associate account manager position. This position will be responsible for supporting a team of Relationship Managers who manage relationships with our East Coast companies that are either listed with NASDAQ or buy IR intelligence products/services from NASDAQ.

      Your role and responsibilities

      • In this role you will be part of a team of associate account managers. However, your primary responsibility will be to support the East Coast Relationship Managers in areas that include:

      • Work on contract administration, re-contracting, billing and other items related to our lead to cash system, Apttus

      • Maintenance of accounts in Salesforce ensuring we have the correct billing contacts, email communication contacts, titles, emails, phone numbers, etc.)

      • Assist the RMs with prioritizing their account management and largest opportunities

      • Review low usage accounts and enter At Risk tickets to flag in the dashboard

      • Assist RMs in creating calls sheets, Event speeches and other admin related

      • Assist in successful onboarding on new IPOs as it related to getting their products and services up and running

      • Work with other associate account managers on broader projects that support the entire RM team. These could include building out of material in Microsoft Teams, revamping RM processes and other project based work.

      • Prepares various sales management reports including top clients, clients at risk, quality reports and implementation reports.

      • Work with other business unit owners to gather, organize and create content for the RMs to use with their clients.

      • Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan

      You will need the following skills and experience

      • Bachelors degree with 1-2 years office experience.

      • Strong planning, researching and technical skills with great attention to detail

      • Ability to understand online systems including Salesforce, Aptuss, Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Understanding of capital markets and investor relations helpful

      • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

      • Work is performed in an open, team environment with extensive telephone and computer use.

      The base pay range for this role is $59,400 - $75,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
