      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support daily operations of the photo production process for assigned brand(s), from pre-production through post-production
      - Manage workflow to ensure photography and video assets are delivered on time and meet creative and financial goals
      - Partner closely with production, styling, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment across all deliverables
      - Track project milestones, schedules, and asset delivery, maintaining strong organization across multiple concurrent projects
      - Anticipate potential workflow or delivery issues and proactively identify solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of production or project management experience (photo or video production experience preferred)
      - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of accountability
      - Proficient in both PC and Mac platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the retail or fashion industry
      - Familiarity with asset management systems and production workflows
      - Basic knowledge of photography and video production techniques
      - Ability to track and analyze metrics to support operational improvements
