What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the path of escalation for Grade B accounts, ensuring effective resolution through collaboration with other teams
- Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from satisfied clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service leading with empathy and a customer-first approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
- At least 6 months of experience in restaurant implementation or support
- General knowledge of restaurant operations
- 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Service Support role
- SpotOn Restaurant POS experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in account management or client relationship management
- Familiarity with restaurant technology solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of driving client retention and referrals
