What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for regional-based customers
- Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support, including setup and maintenance of Fujifilm equipment
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and manage repair transactions for Fujifilm products
- Serve as a clinical liaison, delivering reports on installation progress, training needs, and operational trends
- Analyze data-driven insights to enhance staff training and improve workflow efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with troubleshooting Fujifilm endoscopy equipment
- Strong decision-making skills related to equipment usage and customer training needs
- Ability to analyze data for actionable insights
- Experience presenting information to small groups
- Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations for discount assessments
