What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with clients to provide support before, during, and after campaigns
- Ensure clients understand and effectively utilize the data provided
- Explain the company's value proposition and encourage optimizations based on data insights
- Manage reporting and collaborate with the Analyst team to derive insights tailored to client goals
- Serve as a product expert and support campaign setup with the integrations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Advertising Technology or Digital Media company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data visualization and interpretation
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with client-facing roles in digital advertising
- Familiarity with AdOps implementation processes
- Knowledge of data measurement and analytics tools
