What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with clients to provide support before, during, and after campaigns
- Ensure clients understand and utilize the data provided effectively
- Explain the value of the company's offerings and encourage optimizations based on data insights
- Manage reporting and collaborate with the Analyst team to derive insights tailored to client goals
- Support campaign setup with the integrations team based on client requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in an Advertising Technology or Digital Media company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data visualization and interpretation
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Office Suite
- Strong understanding of client support and campaign management processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ad operations and implementation processes
- Experience in a client-facing role within the digital media sector
- Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and analytics tools
