      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain forecasts for pipeline assets, including assumptions, methodologies, and documentation
      - Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand disease epidemiology, patient segmentation, and competitive landscape
      - Provide commercial/business case assessments to inform pipeline programs’ go/no-go decisions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Target Product Profiles and develop market positioning strategies
      - Support major planning processes with forecast submissions, scenarios, and narratives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in life sciences and/or business
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS, 6 years with an MS, or 4 years with a Doctorate in commercial assessment, product planning, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong knowledge and experience in oncology and immunology/inflammatory diseases
      - Excellent communication and analytical skills for data analysis and presentation preparation
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in indication- and patient-level forecasting methodologies
      - Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
      - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
      - Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
      - Strong aspiration for continuous learning and excellence
