What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales processes to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the region
- Develop and nurture a growing sales team to achieve corporate expectations
- Conduct sales negotiations with technical and planning departments
- Establish and maintain strategic key account relationships within the territory
- Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting using a market-leading CRM tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a BSc degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
- At least 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries, with a strong understanding of Cell Culture, Chromatography, and Filtration
- Successful people management experience required
- Proven sales track record and key account management experience
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills

- Understanding of upstream and downstream processing in biopharmaceuticals
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
