UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst in New York, NY.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst to:
• Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and software applications are of the highest quality standard.
• Follow incident and problem management processes according to ITIL standards and uphold high standards for timely issue resolution and keeping stakeholders updated with progress.
• Contribute expertise to the functional management of existing and new IT products and services.
• Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
• Proactively seek automation and efficiency improvement opportunities to reduce non value added activities.
• Support application releases or infrastructure upgrades. Provide real-time support of trading applications.

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Unix, Linux, IT support
• Shell Scripting, automation and monitoring processes
• ITIL standards for incident, problem, and release management
• SQL, Oracle, Python, JIRA, Agile Methodology
• Transform automation end to end continuous integration pipeline
• Direct application support and maintenance activitiesAbout us
