What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist internal and external customers with the development, testing, and implementation of metering equipment and devices
- Provide troubleshooting support to market participants and engineering companies regarding design and configuration issues
- Assist with Full Network Model Builds and ensure compliance with commercial operation dates
- Analyze data for certification of resources participating in the California ISO market
- Create and maintain business process documentation and support organizational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline
- No prior experience required; entry-level position
- Coursework in electronic device testing practices and secure data transfer protocols is desired
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
