What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, edit, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements with minimal supervision
- Provide strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Exhibit negotiation skills and comfort in negotiating contract terms with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with sales, finance, operations, and legal stakeholders
- Monitor and track the status of contract-related matters and provide proactive updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree or an additional 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Solutions, AI, and/or cybersecurity
- Strong judgment in identifying and escalating issues for legal review
- Comprehensive knowledge of the medical technology industry and competitive environment

- Experience in contract negotiation and management within the technology sector
- Familiarity with legal and administrative regulations in the medical field
- Strong analytical skills to identify system or process improvements
