  As an Associate Manager in Creative Account Management, you will serve as a strategic partner and creative lead for high-visibility, integrated campaigns. This role is designed for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving innovation and creative excellence.
  
  This role will work on many campaigns with a strong focus on our annual Holiday Promotional Campaign. This role will require integrated thinking, strategic partnership, problem solving, cross functional collaboration and campaign execution.
  
  This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
  
  What you’ll do

  • Act as the day-to-day Creative Account Management lead for the Holiday Promotional Campaign
  • Lead the development of strategic creative briefs in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Seasonal Marketing, Media Strategy, Creative, etc)
  • Oversee concepting through production/development and launch of paid media efforts
  • Review and provide feedback on the work, ensuring it delivers on the brief
  • Manage creative reviews, communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners

  Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in fast-paced client-facing role in agency or marketing department
  • Ability to manage creative campaign strategies and execution across media channels

  Preferred qualifications

  • Experience or exposure to video production
  • Workfront experience
