What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted partner and coach for managers and teams in your assigned business units
- Collaborate with the People Partner Team to enhance global People strategies and initiatives
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues with empathy and effectiveness
- Oversee the global offboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience
- Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions and improve strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a People team, ideally as a People Partner or in Employee Relations
- A few years of relevant experience in a similar role, with exposure to multiple regions
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

- Experience in a tech start-up or hyper-growth environment
- Previous remote work experience
- Passion for technology and AI, with a curiosity to learn and leverage these tools
