      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify qualified candidates and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
      - Build trust and maintain strong relationships with business and HR stakeholders through exceptional service
      - Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques and networking tools
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
      - Prioritize tasks effectively while ensuring attention to detail in candidate assessment and record-keeping

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
      - Knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
      - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and requests while maintaining high accuracy in data entry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
      - Familiarity with Workday ATS Recruiting
