      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a welcoming experience for candidates
      - Communicate interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers, monitoring attendance
      - Manage select requisitions and assist with screening applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Conduct sourcing for a diverse candidate pipeline and maintain job postings and social media promotions
      - Support the candidate lifecycle through ATS, including managing tasks and correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of work experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
      - Strong calendar management and organizational skills
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Experience with professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn

      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Ability to take initiative and work independently while being a flexible team player
