What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy and management of all on-campus and virtual events for prospective and admitted students
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess and enhance event programming effectiveness
- Manage the operational budget for event programming
- Supervise a team of four professional staff managing student fellow programs and group visits
- Participate in duties typical of admissions counselors, including travel, interviews, and application evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-8+ years of related work experience, including supervisory or management experience
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications; familiarity with Slate Technolutions and Workday preferred
- Valid driver’s license and availability for evening and weekend work during key periods
