      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional study teams in the development and execution of clinical trials, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
      - Monitor and manage trial scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to achieve deliverables
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for trial communication, coordinating with internal teams and third-party organizations
      - Demonstrate leadership in identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities within clinical trial processes
      - Prepare and provide technical consultation for regulatory documents and meetings with regulatory agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of clinical research or relevant clinical trial experience
      - Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
      - Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial methodology
      - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with early-phase oncology and Radioligand Therapy (RLT)
      - Ability to work cross-culturally and influence without authority
      - Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and complex situations
      - Willingness to travel for Investigator Engagement meetings and scientific symposiums
