      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform all functions of an F&I Manager consistent with good business practices
      - Achieve performance standards set by the company and leadership
      - Resolve discrepancies in client performance related to Assurant Dealer Services products
      - Conduct meetings with clients to promote communication and foster positive business relationships
      - Facilitate training for dealership personnel on Assurant Dealer Services products and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of retail automotive dealership experience, specifically in F&I
      - Extensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operations
      - Current state licensing required for assigned territory or the ability to obtain licensing
      - Strong sales skills and excellent presentation and communication abilities
      - Proven experience in sales, management, and customer relations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience in retail sales within the automotive industry
      - Problem-solving and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
