What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and implement sales and revenue strategies targeting State, Local, and Education prospects
- Lead the pursuit of large and complex business opportunities, managing negotiations with C-Level prospects
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and leverage data to refine sales strategies and proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with at least 5 years in sales management
- Proven experience in securing large-scale, complex deals, particularly with State, Local, and Education sectors
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing financial commitments
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
