      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales team focused on selling the employer's platform to Strategic System Integrators
      - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and objectives
      - Manage and grow the System Integrator sales team, including Regional Sales Directors and Client Directors
      - Build strategic relationships with partners and drive complex deal transactions
      - Ensure the retention and success of System Integrators' platform adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in managing a sales business with a successful track record of deal execution and revenue goals
      - Significant experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on C-suite engagement and executive presence
      - Strong leadership skills in building and managing complex, matrixed sales teams
      - Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
      - Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
