      Role and Responsibilities

      How you make a difference

      As a Key Account Manager Channel, you play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our channel partners. You are responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive channel sales, meet revenue targets, and ensure our partners are fully equipped to promote and sell our solutions effectively — all in close collaboration with our vertical teams.

      You will act as a strategic partner to resellers, distributors, and key stakeholders, driving business growth and building long-term value through impactful collaboration, performance management, and market alignment.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with channel partners (resellers, distributors, etc.)
      • Co-develop and execute go-to-market plans and business strategies with Marketing, Product, and Vertical Sales teams
      • Drive revenue by meeting monthly sell-out targets and maintaining accurate forecasts and a healthy pipeline
      • Conduct regular business and relationship reviews with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
      • Deliver consistent, clear communication internally and externally to strengthen partnerships
      • Train and support partners to effectively market and sell our offerings
      • Stay current on market trends, competition, and channel dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
      • Ensure accurate CRM documentation (Salesforce.com) of partner activities, contacts, and engagements
      • Oversee partner contracts, reward programs, and agreements for optimal compliance and satisfaction
      • Identify and evaluate new channel partners to support sales growth objectives

      Your team
      As our new B2B Key Account Manager Channel, you’ll be part of Samsung’s B2B Mobile (MX) sales team Benelux — a group of 23 ambitious professionals focused on delivering smart, secure, and efficient mobile solutions to business users. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting partners, with Mondays reserved for office-based forecasting and team alignment. It’s a fast-paced, field-driven position with limited remote work — ideal for someone energetic, hands-on, and commercially minded.

      We also request:

      • A completed Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Partner Management role in an IT environment.
      • Solution and product knowledge: understanding of solutions and needs.
      • Market knowledge and experience: understanding of the Dutch B2B mobile market including key behaviors and strategies to engage.
      • A good command of the Dutch and English language at a professional level.
      • Skilled in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
      • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
