What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts, focusing on growth, retention, and reactivation
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Execute proactive customer outreach through various communication channels to enhance account engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Utilize sales tools to track activities, forecast revenue, and prioritize initiatives for improved performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
- At least 3 years of experience managing a large book of business in B2B sales
- Proven ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles and conduct business needs analyses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and productivity tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely and familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of the key elements of a sales process and sales funnel
