What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and engage prospects through cold calls, networking, and events
- Respond to incoming leads, conduct needs analyses, and prepare customized proposals
- Foster trust and rapport with prospects, clients, and internal teams
- Meet sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads
- Collaborate closely with marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry
- High energy, motivated, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Experience using CRM software
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
