What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Administer and coordinate various types of leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits participation and leave requests
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's and/or Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in benefits administration preferred
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and problem-resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting benefits orientation sessions for new hires
- Familiarity with compliance and reporting related to employee benefits
- Proficiency in developing communication materials for benefits programs
