      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to confidentiality and privacy policies.
      - Process new applications for healthcare coverage, including eligibility determinations and enrollment into health plans.
      - Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems.
      - Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers as needed.
      - Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      - Proficiency in English and Russian, including speaking, reading, and translation.
      - Strong data entry and telephone skills.
      - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
      - Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service preferred.
      - Experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
      - Ability to execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
