What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members to promote clinical gaps in care closure related to Quality HEDIS measures
- Assist in establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Prevention & Wellness area
- Develop, implement, and coordinate designated prevention and wellness activities within the quality improvement work plan
- Evaluate, analyze, and report on outcomes of scheduled prevention and wellness interventions
- Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must reside in Florida
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service or call center experience
- HEDIS experience
- Medicaid line of business experience
- Previous work from home/remote experience
- Bachelor's Degree
