What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Strategic Bilingual Account Coordinator for U.S. Japanese clients and prospects, fostering strong relationships with client leadership
- Collaborate with practice and geographical office leadership to develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans
- Partner with internal teams to address client challenges and explore potential solutions
- Network with industry leaders to enhance the value proposition of the practice group
- Expand the book of business and strengthen overall client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in business-level Japanese and English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, consulting, and marketing
- Client-facing experience in brokerage, insurance, financial institutions, or professional services within the Japanese business segment
- Proven complex project management experience
- Must hold or obtain state insurance licenses in Property & Casualty within a reasonable timeframe
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Japanese multinational corporations in the U.S.
- Familiarity with insurance and risk management practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Japanese and English
