      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze complex medical bills and make payment recommendations based on various guidelines and regulations
      - Research applicable guidelines and document clear notes related to recommendations and rationales
      - Perform coding analysis, including Medically Unlikely Edits (MUEs) and Diagnosis Codes
      - Engage with medical providers to negotiate services and resolve bill-specific issues
      - Provide expert testimony in legal cases involving medical billing disputes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, LVN) in the US
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex Workers' Compensation Bill Review
      - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in performing bill audit reviews
      - CPC (Certified Professional Coding) coursework or certification
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
      - Experience in customer service exposure related to medical billing
