What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through Biolog Lab Services in the West Coast region
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce services and qualify leads
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities in collaboration with the VP of Lab Services Commercial
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Represent Biolog Lab Services at industry conferences and regional events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development within the life sciences, biotech, or analytical testing industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Prior experience in contract services within the life sciences sector
