      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
      - Design and implement treatment plans of care tailored to individual needs
      - Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
      - Provide caring support during family conversations regarding assessment results and treatment recommendations
      - Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure client progress, providing routine summaries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid BCBA Certificate
      - Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
      - Valid driver's license and vehicle required for travel between assignments
      - Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
      - Strong communication skills for family interactions
      - Familiarity with data graphing and strategy adjustment in treatment plans
