What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle of bookkeeping services for multiple medium customers, including data entry, reconciliations, payroll, and donations
- Maintain an average billable utilization of 70%
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance organizational clarity and efficiency
- Build positive customer relationships to achieve a high net promoter score
- Identify areas for process improvement and participate in collaborative knowledge-sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and nonprofit bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Aplos or similar systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
