      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures within 3 days of application or Change of Circumstance
      - Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations
      - Upload disclosures to Encompass software
      - Review compliance documents and revise as necessary to achieve a passing status
      - Communicate effectively with partners in Sales, Processing, Closing, and Underwriting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Experience with RESPA/TRID regulations
      - Previous experience in the mortgage industry
      - Knowledge of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule
      - Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA lending programs is a plus
      - Previous experience with compliance reviews in the mortgage industry
