      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and facilitate the property transition and onboarding process for new hotels
      - Collaborate with hotel owners, management, and staff to ensure seamless transitions
      - Conduct property visits and assessments to uphold brand quality assurance standards
      - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders through multiple channels
      - Develop and maintain tracking systems to report project progress to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of professional hospitality industry experience, with three (3) years in a management-level role
      - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, business management, or related field
      - Obtain BWH Quality Assurance Assessor certification within 90 days of hire
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
      - Strong knowledge of hotel operations and proven project management experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation or ability to obtain within 12 months
      - Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), Certified Hospitality Industry Analyst (CHIA), or Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP)
      - Experience in regional management within the hospitality industry
