      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide organizational, contract, and budget support for the Building & Energy team
      - Develop processes and procedures to streamline work and enhance staff integration
      - Coordinate application review processes and track award status for a buildings grant program
      - Maintain a building owner contact database and organize information for reports
      - Assist with general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three years of experience in administrative analysis, budget administration, office management, personnel administration, program administration, or a closely related field; or
      - Two years of experience in the above fields and an associate's degree in business or public administration; or
      - One year of experience in the above fields and a bachelor's degree in business or public administration

      - Experience working with diverse teams and understanding of racial, economic, and environmental justice issues
      - Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in developing and implementing administrative processes
